Look: Clouded yellow with a thin bubbly film on top
Taste: Crips and citrusy with apple flavor prevailing. Wheat base
Conclusion: The foundation of this brew is an unfiltered wheat flavor much like a Hefeweizen but without the lemon. In the lemon's place is a Granny apple kick. At 5.5% it's perfectly suited as a thirsty man's(or woman's) summer brew.
Label says this is brewed with apple juice, coriander, and curacao although the latter two are only faintly present. This one would be just perfect with a light summer sandwich after a mowin' the lawn.
