St Sebastian, Golden

Look: Piss color with a golden head

Taste: Fruit flavors without the sweetness and a slightly dry finish

Conclusion: Okay the main reason I bought this brew was the sweet little resealable ceramic jug it came in. That was worth the purchase alone. That said I was really disappointed with the brew itself. Why you ask? It tasted EXACTLY like the first batch of beer I every made.

It is a decent and crisp Belgian drink that is light but has a vinegar tasting aftertaste. I noticed this about the first couple of my home brews and didn't care for it. Hell I shouldn't have to taste the same thing from a brew that has probably had a few more runs through the old fermenting tank! Not very desirable and ultimately disappointing was this beer.

3 Brews!
