Look: Body is a cloudy yellow-orange. Head is minimal and is a light tan foam.
Taste: Initial bitter bite that follows through to the end of the tasting. Light citrus flavors.
Conclusion: This beer is all about relishing bitterness as it's name would indicate. The zesty flavor isn't really powerful enough to overcome the constant bitterness. At 59 IBUs I expected it to be bitter but not quite as much as it was. There is no flavor to balance it out and it comes across tasting tart and bland. If there are fans out there of unsweetened, flavorless, strong biting beers then here's your holy grail...enjoy. I didn't.
