Baron's, Black Wattle Superior

Look: Brandy Wood with fine, minimal head

Taste: Chewy with sweet malt flavor and bitter edge

Conclusion: Despite it's dark looks, I thought that the 5.8% alcohol was an indication that this beer was going to be a bit watery. Surprisingly this beer had very good legs to stand on. A chewy malt flavor is present throughout.

Now, I've never had the Australian Wattle Seed but I really like the flavor it gave the beer. This one was different but still pretty tasty. Cheers mate!
