Kirin –BAR BEER

Look: I had it in a can, but the can was yellow with a foamy white head... No joke, check it out.

Taste: surprisingly refreshing! Nice malt and barley flavors throughout

Conclusion: This beer is the ideal beer for a hot summer day. I found it in a liquor store in Taiwan, and could not resist the name. I had to see if this beer was really deserving of being labeled “Bar Beer”. It was, and then some! It had refreshing lingering taste that was not too sweet, and not too bitter. It was a great balance that left a cooling sensation on the pallet. I was pleasantly surprised by this. More bars State side should carry this beer, at least in the summer months.
